We are looking for experienced Tele callers to join our team at Aarav Gold Company, a trusted name in gold buying. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into customers. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our gold buying services. Follow up on leads and maintain customer records. Build trust with customers and handle their queries professionally. Maintain call data and feedback for management review. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of tele calling experience. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Ability to handle customer calls confidently and politely. Language: Kannada, Hindi, English (any 2 mandatory). Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience & performance) Incentives on conversions.
