Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Chennai. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will also be responsible for logistics management, expediting processes, and resolving any issues that may arise during the project. Qualifications Project Management and Expeditor skills Experience in Expediting and Inspection Logistics Management skills Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work efficiently on-site and adhere to project timelines Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Previous experience in civil construction projects is desirable Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and green building practices is a plus
