We are looking for highly driven Area Service Managers to lead and manage our franchise operations across India. --- Key Responsibilities Establish, onboard, and manage service franchise partners in the assigned territory. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of service centers, meeting turnaround time (TAT) and customer satisfaction KPIs. Monitor and improve service quality, process adherence, and customer feedback scores. Provide training and guidance to franchise teams on company service standards and protocols. Drive cost control, productivity improvements, and operational efficiency. Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal departments for smooth operations. Analyze service data and prepare periodic reports for management review. Resolve escalations and ensure prompt closure of service-related issues.
