Overview: A Trainee Machine Assembly Technician is responsible for learning and assisting in the assembly, testing, and maintenance of specialized machinery. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, they will gain hands-on experience and develop the skills necessary to become a skilled machine assembly technician in the field of PLC based system, Motion control, Pneumatic and testing equipment. They will also learn about coordinating with manufacturing partners for the fabrication and delivery of mechanical parts. Responsibilities: Learn Assembly Processes : Observe and assist experienced technicians in assembling machines. Perform Basic Tasks: Perform basic tasks, such as cleaning, preparing components, and installing parts. Assist with Testing : Assist in testing machines to ensure they meet performance standards. Learn Maintenance Procedures: Learn routine maintenance procedures, such as cleaning, lubrication, and inspections. Learn about Part Coordination: Learn about the process of coordinating with manufacturing partners for the fabrication and delivery of mechanical parts. Follow Safety Guidelines : Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations. Participate in Training: Attend training sessions to develop new skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Education: Diploma, ITI, Technical or vocational training in mechanical assembly or a related field. Experience: 0-1 year of relevant experience is preferred but not required. Mechanical Aptitude: Basic understanding of mechanical principles and tools. Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to learn new skills and techniques. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and work with precision. Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects.
