Your Role & Responsibilities · Identify and connect with architects, builders, contractors, and project managers. · Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and live product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of spray plastering. · Generate and manage leads through field visits, digital platforms, and referrals. · Ensure order closures, billing follow-ups, and basic commercial coordination. · Provide technical input on spray plaster systems and be the bridge between site teams and technical support. · Share daily sales updates, and prepare weekly and monthly action plans. · Maintain consistent communication with the Aakhani application team to align sales with execution. Who Can Apply · Diploma/Degree in Engineering, MBA with marketing will have preference Construction Management, or related field. · Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, construction material sales, or site coordination. · Must have basic knowledge of construction practices. · Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred). · Strong communication, self-discipline, and willingness to learn. · Comfortable with fieldwork, presentations, and travel.
