Your a KRA At a Glance

• Lead a dynamic team of 7-8 Admission Officers across West Bengal.
• Drive sales through impactful Home Demo sessions.
• Forge partnerships with schools for SIP programs.
• Build and scale a team from scratch, ensuring performance and culture alignment.
• Own the end-to-end operations from lead to closure
  

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Comes from an EdTech background.
• Has 1+ years of team-handling experience.
• Is a go-getter who leads by example (yes, even doing demos when needed!).
• Believes in a healthy work culture where results and respect go hand in hand.
