Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in B2B software sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from contacted leads to deal closure with a deep focus on understanding client needs and matching them with our niche software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients, highlighting features like: Performance analysis Understand customer pain points and present tailored software solutions. Convert leads into qualified opportunities and successfully close sales deals. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through CRM tools. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Collaborate with the product and support teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sale. Provide feedback from the field to improve product development and customer experience. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in software/B2B sales, preferably in ERP, inventory, or accounting solutions. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing. Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic understanding of accounting, inventory, or distribution operations is a plus. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience selling software to distributors or in the LPG sector. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting. Key Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing first-level technical support to customers experiencing software-related issues. Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, WA in a timely manner. Troubleshoot and resolve basic software issues using established procedures Escalate complex technical problems to development team. Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM ticketing system. Educate customers on how to use software features. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Basic understanding of software systems, operating systems, and common troubleshooting steps.
