All teams at AADL are involved in every part of our development life cycle. 🛠 Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Engineers in the entire Backend platform for a product portfolio Own end to end delivery of new features. Evolve the architecture for performance and scalability. Design, develop and own components of a highly scalable, distributed web services platform. Hire, train, and supervise engineering staff members Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable software solutions using C++ . Work on system-level programming involving memory management , collections , and multithreading . Apply object-oriented design principles to solve real-world technical problems. Optimize application performance and ensure efficient memory usage. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and technical documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. ✅ Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in C++ (C++11 or newer preferred). Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts. Experience with Multithreading , synchronization techniques, and concurrency control. Good knowledge of Collections and Data Structures Strong grasp of Memory Management concepts (heap, stack, pointers, memory leaks). Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. 🌟 Nice to Have: Familiarity with STL , Boost , or other C++ libraries. Exposure to debugging tools like GDB , Valgrind , or performance profilers. Basic understanding of operating system internals and system calls. Experience working in high-performance or product-based environments.

Problem-solving while always looking for ways to prevent the same problems from happening again by setting defined workflows in place.
