This role ensures timely execution of projects, adherence to quality standards, client satisfaction, and efficient use of resources. The coordinator acts as a bridge between management, clients, and the technical team. Key Responsibilities:Team & Project Coordination Assign tasks and schedules to CCTV technicians and monitor their progress. Supervise installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of CCTV systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during site work. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on-site and remotely. Client Interaction Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, site readiness, and progress updates. Handle client queries, complaints, and escalate issues when required. Conduct site surveys and prepare reports/estimates for client approval. Technical & Operational Management Review project plans, wiring diagrams, and system layouts before execution. Ensure installation quality, proper system integration, and functionality testing. Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and service calls. Troubleshoot complex technical problems and support the team in resolving them. Administration & Reporting Maintain project documentation, service reports, and installation checklists. Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment required for projects. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management. Ensure technicians follow time schedules, attendance, and discipline. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
