Job Summary: Looking for a Male candidate The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and working towards achieving sales targets. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and selling the company's media production services, including commercial branding, digital marketing, and social media marketing. Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation : Identify potential clients through research, networking, and attending relevant expos, conferences, and events. Client Acquisition : Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients by showcasing the company’s portfolio and explaining service offerings. Sales Pitching : Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients, both in person and online, tailored to their business needs. Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals. B2B Sales : Focus on business-to-business (B2B) sales by targeting corporate clients, agencies, and businesses that need media services. Sales : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales by generating leads, closing deals, and following up on potential sales. Market Research : Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt business development strategies. Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (production, creative, marketing) to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Reporting : Maintain records of sales activity and client interactions, and provide regular updates to management on progress. Qualifications : Any Bachelor's degree or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in business development. Proven track record in lead generation and sales conversion. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
