Role & responsibilities Enroll residents for Aadhaar by capturing demographic and biometric data Ensure accuracy and privacy of collected data Verify documents submitted by applicants Operate biometric devices (fingerprint scanner, iris scanner, camera) Upload data securely to UIDAI servers Maintain logs and daily reports of enrolment activities Preferred candidate profile Basic computer proficiency Familiarity with Aadhaar enrolment software and biometric devices Good communication and attention to detail Strong stakeholder and customer management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Age Limit: 18 to 38 years Certification: Must hold a valid UIDAI Operator Certificate issued by an authorized testing and certifying agency Mandatory Document: Aadhaar Card (for ID and Address Proof)
