I have been calling them for last 15 days to know my PMAY Subsidy Status. These guys have only a recorded message on IVR and no one picks up the phone. This is just disgusting and nothing more than intentionally harassing the customer.

They have started acting like SBI. Once you take a loan from them, their job is done. Your queries won't be met. Moreover, there are many hidden things related to charges which they won't tell u in advance.

Worst experience. The reception behaviour is like boss. No help desk. They dont need any customer i guess. Dear HDFC, kindly declare if you dont need people to take loan from you.
