Professionalism is very bad, Rate of Interest is too high initially I have taken loan on 8.4% but later they fixed it at 10.2% whereas market rate is 8.5% as repo rate is 6.5%. And even they are offering loan to new customers on 8.5%.

Had it been possible, I would have given zero star. Trying to reduce the rate of interest but the staff are least bothered to value your time and money. The landline number is never answered. And the staff who was in contact with me while getting my loan sanctioned also never response to my call and text massages. Pathetic service.
