Basic knowledge on Azure Active Directory IAM & RBAC. Technical ability to troubleshoot and solve issues. Expert skills in managing and administering Office 365 user provisioning / deprovisioning, permissions, access, etc. Have good understanding of Mobile Messaging Technologies: Exchange Active Sync Iphone, iPAD, Android Technical ability to troubleshoot and solve issues. Excellent customer service skills &Meet defined deadlines Ability to work as a team & work flexible hours and be on-call Ability to communicate a clear and concise status Must be an independent problem solver with troubleshooting, decision making and analytical skills
