Job Overview: A Telesales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, promoting and selling products or services, and generating leads to meet sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services, and identifying sales opportunities. Lead Generation: Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team to close deals, ensuring a steady flow of prospects for the business. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products/services being sold, ensuring accurate and clear communication with customers. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Customer Relationship Building: Establish rapport with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs. Data Entry & CRM: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the company’s CRM system. Follow-ups: Contact leads or clients after the initial call to follow up on previous conversations or ensure satisfaction with purchased products/services. Handling Objections: Effectively address customer objections and concerns to convert inquiries into sales. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance to the sales manager or team leader. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, fostering customer loyalty.
