We’re hiring Field Executives / Market Surveyors to support our leasing and business development teams. This is an on-ground role that involves surveying retail markets, collecting data, and helping identify suitable commercial properties for brand expansion. Ideal for freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are energetic, street-smart, and comfortable working in the field. Key Responsibilities:Visit various markets and commercial locations in the city Collect data on available shops, rent rates, and landlord contacts Take site photos and videos as required Coordinate with the internal team for daily reporting Ensure accurate and timely data entry Build a basic understanding of local market trends Requirements:12th pass or graduate (any stream) 0–2 years of experience in fieldwork, surveys, or real estate (freshers welcome) Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone Basic knowledge of Google Maps and WhatsApp Good communication and observation skills Willingness to travel extensively within the city

Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Management Create engaging Instagram posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand tone and themes (healing, karmic relationships, inner child work, etc.). Edit and repurpose videos for different platforms. Maintain posting schedules, track analytics, and optimize engagement. Website & Backend Management Update website content and fix backend technical issues in coordination with developers. Upload new blog posts, workshop pages, and landing pages. CRM & Appointment Management Manage CRM software for client appointments and follow-ups. Send reminders and confirmations to clients. Maintain accurate client records. Lead Management & Sales Calls Contact Instagram and other social media leads via DM, WhatsApp, and calls. Explain services, workshops, and packages clearly to prospects. Convert leads into booked discovery calls and paid sessions. 📌 Requirements Strong skills in Canva / video editing tools. Knowledge of Instagram growth strategies & algorithms. Experience with CRM tools. Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English + Hindi. Basic knowledge of healing/spirituality topics is a plus. Confident in making sales calls.
