The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail leasing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly between property owners and brand business development managers. Key Responsibilities • Property Scouting & Database Management: Identify the right property options, build and maintain a detailed database of property owners, contact numbers, and property specifications. • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market surveys and competitor analysis to source the best properties for brands. • Site Coordination: Arrange and manage site visits for brands, coordinating with property owners and brand business development managers. • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Handle negotiations between landlords and brands, manage lease terms, and facilitate smooth deal closures. • Documentation & Legal Compliance: Review lease agreements, titles, and other legal formalities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Registration & Brokerage Recovery: Oversee property registration, ensure timely brokerage recovery, and manage surveyors under the transaction manager. • End-to-End Transaction Management: Take ownership of the leasing cycle from property identification to deal finalization, including post-deal documentation.
