Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, for a Meta Ads and SMO specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns, developing and implementing social media optimization (SMO) strategies, analyzing campaign performance, conducting market research, and creating engaging content. The role requires collaboration with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all digital channels. Qualifications Experience with Meta Ads management and optimization Strong knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques and strategies Skills in campaign performance analysis and market research Proficiency in content creation and digital marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
