Your core responsibilities will revolve around Guest Relations, Sales & Business Development, and Administrative & Operational Support. In Guest Relations, you will welcome and assist guests, address their inquiries and concerns, and cultivate enduring relationships with clients and stakeholders. In Sales & Business Development, your focus will be on identifying leads, converting them into sales opportunities, promoting company services/products, enhancing revenue, and maintaining customer interaction records. Finally, in Administrative & Operational Support, you will be responsible for maintaining guest records, sales data, reports, coordinating with internal departments for service delivery, and aiding in customer engagement activities.
