The role is based in Bhubaneswar, with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. The Senior Project Architect will oversee and lead architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and project timelines. Responsibilities include preparing submittals, managing project documentation, coordinating with various stakeholders, and utilizing advanced tools like Building Information Modeling (BIM) and adhering to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards. Qualifications Expertise in Architecture and Submittals Proficiency in Project Management and leadership skills Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and LEED standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field Professional architectural licensure is preferred
