Define a BD strategy for the company based on the Company Strategy for each year Research – Conduct thorough and accurate research to source important information required to initiate outreach to new leads; Create a BD pipeline by reaching out to old clients, existing clients, other consultants, and vendors we work with to identify new opportunities. Rate the opportunities and identify prospective opportunities Meet the prospective clients and present ANP Credentials to funnel and create a pipeline of proposals. Work with PICs to build attractive proposals and guide Hemant to make the proposals within a specified turnaround time. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers Respond to customer inquiries and provide service information Meet with clients to obtain client feedback and share feedback with PICs to help raise the level of customer delight. Build awareness of ANP services in CPMC and CCM in the market through networking. Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations Customer support – Answer calls and emails from clients, identify the issue and make suggestions for future or new products or services. Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments Requirements: Ability to think and plan strategically and be creative in their sales Diligent work ethic, dependable, and ethical in all dealings A self-starter, aggressive, able to work independently but cooperatively and enthusiastically to build a new business Demonstrated success in a goal-oriented, highly accountable sales environment Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) Understanding of sales performance metrics Superior communication skills, including face-to-face presentations, phone, and email; Familiarity with MS Excel and Office Suite (analysing spreadsheets and charts); Experience in selling consulting is desirable Experience with CRM software.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database. Provide timely feedback and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Support employer branding and hiring initiatives, including campus recruitment drives. Ensure compliance with HR policies and recruitment standards.
