Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Institutional Outreach: Identify and connect with schools, coaching centers, and educational networks for potential collaboration and program rollouts. Schedule and conduct meetings, product presentations, and demo sessions with school management and educators. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through cold calling, referrals, and on-ground networking. Campaign Support & Field Execution: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, expos, workshops, and events, in close coordination with the central marketing team. Represent the organization during on-site events and act as the liaison between educational partners and internal teams. Ensure smooth follow-up and documentation for leads generated through events and campaigns. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience: 2-3 years in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing Industry Preference: Education, Edtech, STEM programs, or similar domains Skills Required: > Strong communication and presentation skills > Proven ability to generate leads and close institutional partnerships > Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-driven approach > Willingness to travel across Karnataka and nearby states as required > Basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms
