Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting products/services, and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities. Promote and sell products/services to potential clients through field visits, calls, and presentations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and materials. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition. Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer satisfaction. Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (freshers with good communication skills can apply). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good understanding of sales techniques and marketing principles. Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.
