Develop SEO-friendly content to enhance product discoverability and improve organic search rankings on Amazon. Write and optimize A+ Content to enhance product pages and improve conversions. Develop compelling product packaging descriptions that align with brand messaging and customer expectations. Conduct thorough research on products, industry trends, and customer preferences to ensure accurate and up-to-date content. Proofread and edit content to maintain grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and marketers to align content strategies with business objectives. Stay updated on Amazons content policies and e-commerce best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Qualifications: Proven experience as an E-commerce Content Writer, preferably with a focus on Amazon product listings . Strong knowledge of Amazons policies for product content, including titles, bullet points, and descriptions. Experience in writing A+ Content and creating product packaging descriptions. Proficiency in SEO principles to optimize product listings for search visibility. Strong research skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively. Excellent writing and editing skills , with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a cross-functional team environment. Experience with beauty, hair care, cosmetics, beauty, or any related product categories is a plus.

Role & responsibilities Product Listing & Optimization: Create, optimize, and manage product listings with engaging content and Amazon SEO best practices. Implement A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and backend keyword optimization. Amazon PPC & Advertising (For Senior Level) Plan and execute Amazon Sponsored Ads, Display Ads, and DSP campaigns to boost sales. Monitor ACOS, ROAS, and make data-driven optimizations. Account Health & Compliance: Monitor account health, resolve listing issues, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies. Handle account suspensions, listing removals, and customer complaints. Inventory & Order Management: Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure stock availability. Manage FBA & FBM shipments, returns, and claims processing. Customer Support & Review Management: Respond to customer queries, manage reviews & ratings, and improve customer satisfaction. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Track competitor strategies, pricing, and keyword trends to improve product positioning. Multi-Marketplace Expansion (For Senior Level) Assist in expanding to Flipkart, Etsy, Walmart, and other marketplaces . Preferred candidate profile Junior Level: Experience: 0-2 years in Amazon Seller Central / eCommerce. Skills: Strong in content writing, keyword research, and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) . Freshers with good analytical & writing skills are encouraged to apply.
