Job Overview: As an Influencer Marketing Intern at Tailor & Circus, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executing influencer marketing campaigns, collaborating with social media influencers, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy. Assist in researching and identifying potential influencers aligned with the brand's values and target audience. 2. Support the Influencer Marketing Manager in developing and maintaining relationships with influencers, including outreach, negotiation, and communication. 3. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to stay updated on the influencer landscape. 4. Assist in creating influencer content briefs and guidelines. 5. Coordinate communication with influencers, serving as a point of contact for negotiations, content approvals and campaign timelines. 6. Support in managing influencer marketing campaign budgets and tracking expenses. 7. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. Qualifications: 1. Minimum 1 year experience 2. Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3. Passion for social media, influencer culture, and a strong interest in marketing. 4. Basic understanding of influencer marketing concepts and familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 9. Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
