CTC: 3.5 to 4 LPA Key Responsibilities • Capture high-quality video footage for films, advertisements, social media, and digital campaigns, ensuring strong visual storytelling. • Operate and maintain professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and other production equipment. • Collaborate with other teams to develop visual styles, shot compositions, and storytelling techniques. • Edit raw footage into polished videos, incorporating pacing, rhythm, transitions, and audio synchronisation. • Colour correct and grade footage to achieve a consistent tone and cinematic aesthetics. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. • Optimise video outputs for different platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and websites. • Stay updated with industry trends, editing software updates, and new cinematic techniques. • Ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and high production standards across all deliverables. Qualifications • At least 1 year of experience in cinematography and video editing. • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and related tools. • Strong understanding of framing, lighting, camera movement, and editing principles. • Experience in both shooting and editing content for digital platforms and video campaigns. • Ability to adapt to feedback, work collaboratively with creative teams, and communicate ideas effectively.
