This role involves assisting U.S. individuals with their annual personal income tax filings. Ideal candidates will have experience with Form 990 and a deep understanding of U.S. tax compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review U.S. Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040) File federal and state returns for individuals Support clients with IRS letters or notices Work with U.S. teams to gather documents and ensure timely filings Use tax software such as GoSystem, Drake, CCH Axcess, or Lacerte Desired Skills & Experience Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance 4–8 years of experience in U.S. Individual Taxation Knowledge of Form 1040 , state tax regulations, and foreign income rules Exposure to: Form 990 Strong attention to detail and communication skills Comfortable with U.S. tax software and documentation
