About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time (Work From Home). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and setting appointments for our clients across various sectors and industries (e.g., SaaS, tech, marketing, real estate, healthcare, and more). You must have in-depth knowledge of outbound lead generation strategies, cold email marketing, and tools/systems essential for campaign execution, monitoring, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Research, identify, and generate qualified leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, and other databases. Build and manage targeted prospect lists based on ideal client profiles (ICPs) for multiple industries. Segment leads by industry, geography, company size, decision-maker role, etc. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect and outreach data. Cold Email Marketing Craft personalized and compelling cold email sequences that drive engagement and appointment booking. Execute and manage cold email campaigns using tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake, Smartlead, etc. Monitor inboxes, track email deliverability, open/click/reply rates, and optimize campaigns accordingly. Set and manage follow-up sequences for maximum conversion. Use A/B testing to improve email performance and conversion rates. Appointments & Reporting Book qualified meetings/appointments on behalf of clients using calendar tools like Calendly. Provide weekly and monthly reports on leads generated, meetings booked, response rates, and campaign performance. Coordinate with internal account managers or clients for continuous feedback and campaign optimization. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B lead generation and cold email marketing. Strong familiarity with tools like: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo Cold email platforms: Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake, Smartlead, etc. Enrichment: Clay, Apify, Bombora etc Email validation tools: NeverBounce, Bouncer, Zerobounce, etc. CRMs: HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or similar. Solid understanding of spam filters, warm-up practices, inbox health, and email domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Strong copywriting skills to craft high-converting cold emails. Analytical mindset to measure KPIs and continuously improve campaigns. Familiarity with multichannel outreach (LinkedIn DMs, cold calling, etc.) is a bonus. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple client accounts at once.
