Job Description: We are hiring for a Telecaller position for a UAE Banking Collection Process. The role involves contacting customers regarding their pending payments and assisting them in completing their dues professionally over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments. Remind customers about their pending EMIs or loan payments. Maintain call records and update payment status in the system. Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets. Communicate politely and effectively with customers. Requirements: Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in collection or telecalling preferred. Skills: Good English communication, convincing ability, and target-oriented attitude.
