As a Process Quality Engineer at Voltaira group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our global innovative (automotive) environment. Your responsibilities will include evaluating nonconforming products and processes, solving production line quality issues, and ensuring the early-stage quality of projects through PPAP approval. You will also be responsible for organizing cross-functional teams, preparing PPAP documents, and responding to customer feedback to continuously improve quality awareness among site personnel. In this role, you will need to handle customer audits, ensure compliance with quality standards such as IATF16949, and utilize various quality tools like APQP, FMEA, and 8D for effective problem-solving and quality management. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential in maintaining relationships with customers and achieving KPI targets for Process Quality. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electronics/Mechanical), be a certified internal auditor for IATF16949, and have 6-8 years of quality experience in the Wire Harness field. Additionally, you should be proficient in using measurement equipment, reading drawings, and have a deep understanding of quality management systems and tools.
