Technical guidance to vendors along with project managment and schedule monitoring. Ensuring timely execution of development activities. Planning for Zero defect production lines setup at Vendors. Conducting PFMEA and timely implementation of required actions based on the same. Advance Quality Planning for new parts development. Analysis of part quality issues & countermeasure planning ( FTA , 5 Why analysis , 8D method etc. ). Identification of Technical and Systemic issues at vendor end & Prepare action plan for the same Should have working experience in Automobile Industry (4 / 2 wheeler / LCV ). Expertise in Checking fixture & Welding fixture design , Concept generation & Validation . Root cause analysis for defects reported in line and counter measure implementation. Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including theoretical background of SPC, Analytical tools and Six sigma. Thorough knowledge & working experience on PFMEA,APQP,PPAP activities. Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies & Various inspection aids (gauges /Jigs / Fixtures / Test Rigs, Etc.). Good Planning and execution skills for handling multiple tasks at time. Computer Proficiency is essential for proper documentation and data study & Presentation Skills. Openness, Positive attitude to work in team & Good Communication Skills. Ability to understand drawing spec & part fitment requirements. Should have good knowledge of automobile international testing standards ( IS,BIS,JIS,JASO,ASTM,SES etc. )
