Key Deliverables : Manage end-to-end EDI setup, including file mapping, testing, and error resolution. Act as the main point of contact with insurance carriers and clients to resolve EDI issues. Identify and improve process gaps in EDI operations. Support ongoing EDI connections and contribute to operational projects. Role Responsibilities : Manage and resolve data discrepancies with carriers/vendors. Ensure adherence to productivity metrics and SLAs. Support EDI operations post-production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes.
