Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in CNC machine maintenance, electrical/electronic systems, and industrial automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently handling preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring optimal machine uptime across a wide range of CNC and special-purpose machines. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on CNC machines (HMC/VMC/VTC/HTC/LASER HARDENING/SPM). Troubleshoot and repair servo drives, motors, encoders, PLCs, HMIs, contactors, and CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Mazatrol, Toshiba, etc.). Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, CNC, and PLC drawings, including ladder logic. Replace and configure drives, cards, encoders, motors, PLCs, power supplies, etc. Conduct Why-Why analysis, Fishbone diagrams, and use statistical tools for root cause analysis. Monitor and improve MTBR, MTTR, and OEE metrics. Capture and analyze predictive maintenance data for critical machines. Coordinate with vendors for repair and refurbishment of CNC/PLC cards, drives, and PCBs. Support PLC and HMI programming and parameter setting for CNC systems. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety practices. Lead or support machine dismantling, reassembly, and alignment with precision. Required Skills & Experience Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics Engineering. 10 + years of hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance. Strong knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, Mazatrol, OSP200. Proficient in interpreting and analyzing electrical and PLC schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
