Role & responsibilities: Manage and lead Quality Management systems team at Saint-Gobain To ensure IMS system implementation and ISO requirements across the organization & IMS awareness creation Third party certification &Surveillance audit for the plant & for main plant &DPP, SBP and Glass Solutions Coordination of various product certification audits like BES 6001, Saber, SNI, SIRIM, AS/NZS 2208, CERTIFIRE, CE/UL marking audits To ensure compliance of the process with the established specifications by examining Process, records, reports, SOPs and documentations. To provide digital initiative to improve the effectiveness of work To study & implement IATF standards across Glass Business at Sriperumbudur Define project audit template and process governance parameters. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives. Development of the Quality Management best practice and knowledge base and staying up to date on relevant topics/trends, technologies and Saint-Gobain capabilities. Support in for team learning and growth initiatives. Should come up with innovative solutions for difficult problems to improve operational process productivity. Provides best practice, insights and/or expertise to team. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Preferred candidate profile - only women
