The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and 7-9 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Manage and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures. Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and make informed decisions. Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes or improvements. Provide training and support to team members on new processes and procedures. Job Requirements Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
