In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving organic growth, enhancing visibility across search engines, and optimizing the digital presence of our brand. You will lead a team of SEO specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, web development, marketing, and analytics to deliver high-impact SEO initiatives. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Develop, lead, and execute the company's end-to-end SEO strategy with a strong focus on driving organic traffic and improving search rankings. Perform regular and comprehensiveSEO auditsof websites, identifying technical, content, and structural issues affecting search engine performance. Analyze and interpret performance data usingGoogle Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies. Monitor, report, and present key SEO performance metrics (e.g., keyword rankings, bounce rate, session duration, organic traffic) and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders. Conduct in-depthkeyword researchto uncover new ranking opportunities and maintain relevance in competitive search landscapes. Work closely with the content team to develop SEO-optimized content strategies aligned with business goals. Lead technical SEO initiatives such as site architecture optimization, page speed improvements, mobile responsiveness, schema markup, canonicalization, and indexation management. Ensure ongoing compliance with search engine algorithms and stay ahead of changes in search trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Build and lead a high-performing SEO team, providing training, mentorship, and performance guidance. Collaborate with the paid media, CRM, and performance marketing teams to ensure an integrated digital strategy. Key Skills & Qualifications: 711 years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong track record of driving organic growth and improving SERP rankings. Expert-level understanding ofGoogle Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz. Proven experience conducting comprehensiveSEO auditsand executing remediation plans. Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including crawlability, indexing, and structured data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies. Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Magento) and understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript as it pertains to SEO. Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and SEO projects from concept to execution. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
