We are looking for a candidate with:

• a university degree in an analytical field such as engineering, computer science, or information technology

• technical skills: General knowledge in software engineering/development, ideally with Python and/or NodeJS/React

• cloud expertise: Familiarity with Azure Cloud, including Azure OpenAI Service and its APIs

• basic GenAI knowledge: Understanding of Generative AI and prompt engineering capabilities

• mindset: An experimental, pragmatic mindset with a proactive attitude, focusing on moving fast and learning from failures

Bonus Skills:

• knowledge of Agentic GenAI frameworks and development tools like AutoGen and LangGraph ntify & Prioritize Use Cases: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize key use cases from all functions within the bank

• define Hypotheses: Work with stakeholders to formulate hypotheses and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)

• experiment & Validate: Conduct experiments in short, high-frequency iterations to validate these hypotheses
