Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes with a focus on salads, sandwiches, and healthy meals. Develop new recipes and maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization. Manage ingredients, minimize wastage, and maintain inventory control. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Continental Chef (cloud kitchen/restaurant experience preferred). Strong expertise in salads, sandwiches, and healthy food preparation. Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Creativity and passion for experimenting with healthy recipes. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
