Expertise in implementing AI tools, Generative AI Develop front-end components using ReactJS. Containerize applications using Docker for seamless deployment across environments. Leverage AWS services for cloud-based solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Maintain version control using GitHub.
Scrum & Agile Delivery Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure the team follows Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices tailored for product development. Remove impediments to the teams progress and ensure smooth sprint execution. Track sprint progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally). Drive continuous improvement within the team. Team Collaboration & Coaching Coach team members on Agile mindset, self-organization, and cross-functionality. Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized product backlog. Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication. Promote team accountability and encourage ownership of deliverables. Product-Focused Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to align sprint goals with product roadmaps. Help ensure product increments meet Definition of Done and maintain high quality. Support backlog refinement and help translate product requirements into clear user stories. Help optimize team velocity and contribute to predictable product releases. Stakeholder & Process Management Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders. Work with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, UX, Architecture) to improve delivery workflows. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and adherence to product release processes.
