Act as the primary point of escalation for complex client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and up-selling by understanding client business objectives and challenges. Develop and implement processes to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Monitor client performance metrics, analyze feedback, and generate insights to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
