Role & responsibilities 1. Ensure the quality assurance for the incoming material especially the PCB & electronics components. 2. To develop the PCB and Electronics supplier qualification process to enable the reaching of high-quality standards, performed regular vendor evaluation. 3. To verify the child parts against incoming standard and adherence to specifications. 4. Drive electrical & electronics supplier performance improvement through root cause analysis, corrective action and supplier performance review. 5. Verify effectiveness of correction / preventive action through verification audit. 6. Generated weekly and monthly PPM report of defect wise as well as supplier wise. 7.Preparing inspection standards for new develop part as well as ECN parts at incoming stage and sign off with supplier to align PDIR with inspection standard. Preferred candidate profile Must have 5 to 6 years of experience of PCB's industry & can trouble shoot the issues of motor.
