Role & responsibilities End-to-End Plant Operations: Oversee daily manufacturing activities, including fabrication, welding, powder coating, and assembly. Production & Planning: Ensure production schedules are met with high efficiency and minimal downtime. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise the plant workforce to ensure optimum performance and morale. Process Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S practices for better productivity and cost control. Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework or rejection rates. Inventory & Resource Management: Coordinate with procurement and stores to ensure material availability without overstocking. Safety & Compliance: Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory norms. Reporting: Present regular MIS reports to management with updates on KPIs, production stats, and improvement initiatives. Preferred Candidate Profile: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering. 7-12 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication or racking systems manufacturing. Proven leadership in managing plant operations, production planning, and team supervision. Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, powder coating, and assembly processes. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S implementation. Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems for production tracking and reporting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately.
