Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Rubber Technology / Production. 25 years of experience in rubber industry PPC, preferably in O-Ring or sealing component manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of compression moulding process and cycle times. Proficiency in ERP or MRP systems, MS Excel, and production tracking tools.
