As a Control Production Line & Process employee, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the production process on the shop floor. You will be required to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner by workers, provide instructions to workers, handle technical queries and problems, and work with technical personnel to resolve any issues that may arise. It will be essential for you to maintain a high level of accuracy in the production of finished goods and to inspect the quality of raw materials and finished goods. Any defects identified should be promptly reported to the production head for immediate action. In addition to production line control, you will also be responsible for managing the labor force at the shop floor. This includes assigning work tasks based on individual technical capabilities, enforcing discipline, adhering to shift schedules provided by HR, and ensuring that workers operate at full efficiency. It will also be necessary to address any violations such as the use of mobile phones or gutka during working hours and report them to the HR department. Furthermore, you will be tasked with maintaining cleanliness and implementing 5S rules at the shop floor. This involves ensuring that the workspace is kept tidy by workers, materials are stored in designated areas, and providing training to workers on 5S principles as needed. Other duties may include dispatching finished products, unloading raw materials, conducting quality control checks on work-in-progress and finished products, checking the quality of raw materials before production, and managing attendance and salary records for workers. Additionally, you may be required to perform any other duties as assigned by the Production head or Senior Management.
