Job Description Responsible for handling complete Kushalnagara Mill operations. Responsible for handling coffee process in assigned shift timing. Execution of coffee processes ensuring time and quality as requested. Supervise proper & safe coffee loading & unloading of coffee for process and post process. Coordinate with Warehouse, Quality and Maintenance department on requirement. Responsible for maintaining & executing 5S in overall Mill, Warehouse and Admin block. Inform processes to the senior supervisor, to assist in business decision making. Assigning job to operators and managing manpower by preparing weekly shift schedule. Ensure the strict implementation of process SOP by the team. Supervise ensure the quality of the processed product in order to meet customer requests. Report to maintenance any irregularity of the machinery so that production is not interrupted or impaired. Provide adequate training and development to employees in the sector in order to keep them up to date and performing activities with safety and quality. Ensure compliance and dissemination of all the principles of quality and safety policy. Ensure the execution of the operational inspection and the immediate reporting of the anomalies detected.
