5Axis Machine Operator

Minimum Diploma qualification with 5 to 7 Year experience in 5 axis machine operating

Must have a sound working knowledge in Heidenhain control systems

Knowledge and experience in 5axis simultaneous machining is essential.

Experience of offline programming is essential.

Proto part development experience would be preferred.

Proven experience of working with fairly high tolerance components.

Inspect the finished components using a variety of inspection equipment and be able to identify solutions to ensure the best quality product.

Generate and edit component programs using offline software.

Able to select and recommend the correct tooling to achieve the most efficient machining method.

Sound knowledge in Geometrical Dimensioning and tolerancing

General housekeeping of machine and area of work, TPM practice will be preferable.

Ready to work in 3 shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
