The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the retirement industry, with Proven expertise in 401K retirement process from Enrollments, Money-In, Money-Out, new comparability, 5500 forms, and compliance testing, onboarding & off boarding of 401K accounts. This role requires someone who can work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, while managing key deliverables and ensuring accurate management reporting.
