We are looking for an experienced professional (4-10 years) to lead content-driven demand generation initiatives in the IT services domain. This role will be responsible for coordinating with vendors for website publishing, collaborating with Nsight practice leads, and driving qualified leads through strategic content marketing across ERP, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Customer Experience (CX), and CRM service lines. Role & responsibilities: Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely updates and publishing of website content. Partner with Nsight practice leads to develop case studies, whitepapers, blogs, news articles, webinars, event content, and thought-leadership material across IT services (ERP, IT Infra, Cloud, Cybersecurity, CX, CRM, etc.). Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels website content development, SEO, email marketing, social media, events, webinars, and paid campaigns. Optimize content production and distribution strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation. Align content with target personas and customer journey stages. Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements. Ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and strong digital presence across all channels. Prime KRAs (Lead Generation Focus): Increase Marketing-Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs) through content and demand generation campaigns. Drive website and landing page traffic with a focus on conversion optimization. Deliver measurable pipeline contribution through content-driven programs. Improve ROI on multi-channel campaigns (email, social, SEO, paid, events, webinars). Collaborate closely with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up Preferred candidate profile: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 4-10 years of experience in demand generation and content marketing in a B2B/IT services environment. Proven track record in lead generation through content marketing and digital campaigns. Strong experience in email marketing, content production, content distribution, and digital campaign execution. Skilled in creating and managing website content, blogs, news articles, whitepapers, and event/webinar content. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot CRM preferred). Strong vendor coordination and project management skills. Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills. Analytical mindset with ability to track, measure, and report ROI.
