Role & responsibilities Lead the complete construction lifecycle, from planning to handover, across high-rise residential and commercial projects. Monitor project progress against plans and address issues to ensure timely completion. Collaborate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and procurement teams. Review and interpret architectural/structural drawings and resolve on-site technical issues. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards. Maintain project budgets, timelines, manpower plans, and resources. Implement project tracking tools, quality audits, and MIS reporting mechanisms. Liaise with government departments for approvals and statutory compliance (RERA, environment, etc.). Conduct regular review meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Drive cost control initiatives and resource optimization across projects. Preferred candidate profile B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred). 1218 years of experience in end-to-end project execution in real estate. Strong background in large-scale high-rise residential/commercial construction. Knowledge of MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, BOQ analysis, and construction planning. Leadership experience in handling cross-functional site teams. Familiarity with regulatory norms, environmental clearance processes, and safety protocols.
