Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with management and architects to refine store concepts and layouts. Lead site selection, inspection, and approval processes. Coordinate with contractors and design teams to manage construction timelines. Monitor on-site progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality standards. Prepare project status reports for senior management. Manage project budgets and track expenses. Requirements: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field. Experience in construction, site supervision, or store development (F&B/retail preferred). Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
