Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Outreach : 1. Identify potential customers through research and database management. 2. Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and follow up on inquiries. Sales Development : 1. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate 3D printing solutions. 2. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. 3. Develop proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs. Customer Relationship Management : 1. Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers. 2. Handle customer inquiries and provide product information with technical expertise. Collaboration with Sales Teams : 1. Work closely with field sales representatives to support lead nurturing and closing deals. 2. Coordinate with technical teams for advanced application support when needed. Market Knowledge : 1. Stay up-to-date on 3D printing technology, products, and market trends. 2. Gather insights from customers to help improve Adroitec’s offerings and strategies. Administrative Duties : 1. Update CRM software with accurate lead, opportunity, and deal information. 2. Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights on sales performance. Qualifications Education : o Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
